India’s public transportation system: the repercussions of COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic has left scars on the Indian public transportation system. In order to regain its original momentum, policymakers will need assess barriers hindering effectiveness of sector. this regard, article analyzes various factors affecting sector in India and determines their interrelationships. research is presented three steps. First, we review literature identify that affect system India. Next, propose an integrated model grey-DEMATEL ANP, grey-DANP, calculate priority ranking weight factors. method used find interrelationships among factors, while ANP local global weights form a order. Then, present influential relation maps. Furthermore, provide sensitivity analysis enhance credibility our study. paper reveals governmental regulations are most India's authorities must also focus improving financial stability enhancing customer’s trust framework provided can be applied other countries where similar hindrances have been caused by COVID-19.
